Hi Ciaran!!

How nice to see a familiar face!!

My practice took a wee bit of neglect over the past year or so. My mother was very sick and eventually died in July. My summer was a bit of a blur as a result.

But I have to say that although my practice may have been neglected, I probably wouldn't have had the strength I had throughout the past few years while my mother declined in health, if I didn't have the lessons I have learned from the Buddha Dharma to keep me centered. So that part is very good.

How are you? Doing well, I hope!
