Hi Sarah,

I admit that I spend way too much time thinking about Lost. I don't drink and I don't smoke. I do 'Lost' instead.

I wonder how much of the story is actually just filler.. stuff that's not at all relevant but tossed in there to confuse us like smoke and mirrors.

Nice to hear from you too. Summer is going great here in Nova Scotia right now. We've had a little heat wave which I love but it looks like things are going to cool off tomorrow.
