"Hi Sarah"

Gassho Sarah. It's good to see you again.

I just returned from Quebec yesterday where I was visiting my mother. She is only in so-so health so my brother, sister and I take turns going up there to stay with her every so often throughout the year.

I love Lost. I have huge theories about time travel and rebirth and how the people on the island are doomed to keep repeating their lives over and over again until they finally clue in and fix their wring doing. Like for instance, Charlie supposedly being blown up in the underwater Looking Glass but then visits Hurley later at the hospital. I figure Charlie did die on the island and has died on the island many times and that's why Desmond saw him dying many times in many different ways. Desmond was remembering past lives. Anyhow so Charlie dies on the island and he is reborn back into his same life cycle to once again become Charlie. Only this time he remembers and he doesn't become a drugged up rock star and he doesn't get on Flight 815 because he knows it's going to crash. In order for everyone on the island to have a chance to experience rebirth the Oceanic 6 have to go back to the island and everyone has to die there otherwise the people in the present will prevent anyone from being able to leave the island to relive their life since there will be no more Flight 815s.

Kind of like the movie "Groundhog Day" with Bill Murray where he keeps living the same day over and over again, each time making little changes until he gets it right. It's hard to explain.

I'm a sucker like you.. I can't stop watching it.

Metta
