Sara,When I first started using Tibetan meditation practice I noticed my angers and frustrations with the world, and how much of it there was. How it consumed. How it hurt myself and innocent others.
In meditation I learned to take in the things that made me angry and frustrated, see them for what they were, and practice breathing out a clean breath.See http://buddhism.kalachakranet.org/anger.html
for a discussion on anger. The DL's article on healing hatred is quite good.
