Hi Myself,heh im talking to myself; the first sign of madness! Well some times i am the only one with answers for myself.
I have been hospitalised in the past with mental health issues and have met many people with depression, it aint as simple as some like to think. Of nothing else just hold onto the fact that it will change at some point.Have you looked to find a Buddhist group near you? You could look and see if there is anyone near you here,

Yoga can give you some useful techniques to help cause shift but you have to implement some daily practice with the help of a qualified teacher. Just by turning up each day to practice is enough to start some change.
