It's funny how sometimes you stumble into something through the back door without intending. This morning I woke up around 5:00am and wasn't able to get back to sleep again. I woke up startled thinking about freedom, free will and dependent origination. I've been thinking about it all day. It surprised me because what delivered me to this space my head was actually the TV show "Lost". The TV show (which I highly recommend) pushed me through the back door but it been my Buddhist practice that's kept me here thinking about it all day. Just when you think you're mired down in a bog somewhere, you suddenly find out you're not. Days like today are great!

BTW, I mailed your CD today. I don't know how long it'll take to get down there. A week maybe? Depending on customs.
